Dubai Technical Works provides professional technical and handyman services across Dubai, including but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability and site inspection where required.

Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by Dubai Technical Works are based on the information available at the time of inspection or enquiry.

Final pricing may change if:

• Additional work is requested.
• Hidden defects are discovered after work begins.
• The project scope changes.
• Extra materials are required.
• Customer-requested modifications are made.

Any additional costs will be discussed and approved before extra work is carried out.

Booking & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact details.
• Allowing safe access to the property.
• Ensuring utilities such as electricity or water are available where required.
• Informing us of any building management requirements or access restrictions.

Failure to provide access may result in delays or additional charges.

Customer Responsibilities

Before work begins, customers should:

• Remove valuable or fragile items from the work area whenever possible.
• Inform our technicians of any hidden wiring, plumbing, structural concerns, or existing damage.
• Obtain any required approvals from landlords, building management, or community authorities where applicable.

Dubai Technical Works is not responsible for delays caused by missing approvals or restricted site access.

Payments

Payment terms will be stated in your quotation or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payment is due upon completion of the work.
• Larger projects may require an advance payment before work begins.
• Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

Late payments may result in delayed project completion or suspension of services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as early as possible.

For larger projects where materials have already been ordered or technicians have been assigned, cancellation charges may apply to cover costs already incurred.

Warranty

Dubai Technical Works stands behind the quality of its workmanship.

Where applicable, workmanship warranties cover defects resulting directly from our installation or repair work during the agreed warranty period.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Customer misuse or negligence.
• Damage caused by third parties.
• Natural disasters or environmental conditions.
• Manufacturer defects covered separately by product manufacturers.
• Work was modified by another contractor after project completion.

Warranty claims may require an inspection before corrective work is scheduled.

Materials

Unless otherwise agreed, materials supplied by Dubai Technical Works are selected based on quality, suitability, and project requirements.

Customers requesting specific brands or products may be charged according to the selected materials.

Product warranties remain subject to the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.

Project Delays

While every effort is made to complete projects on schedule, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions.
• Material shortages.
• Government restrictions.
• Building management approvals.
• Utility interruptions.
• Customer-requested changes.
• Unforeseen site conditions.

Dubai Technical Works will keep customers informed throughout the project if delays occur.

Limitation of Liability

Dubai Technical Works shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses.
• Business interruption.
• Loss of income or profits.
• Delays caused by third parties.
• Damage resulting from pre-existing structural defects or concealed conditions beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the services provided unless otherwise required by applicable law.
